
Blueberry, lemon and thyme gin fizz
SHOPPING LIST:
- 50ml Old Amersham Gin London Dry
- 1x lemon
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- Blueberries for garnish
- Soda
- Simple Syrup
HOW TO:
- First, fill your glass with ice and add the 50ml Old Amersham Gin London Dry
- Then, squeeze half of your lemon and add the lemon juice
- Add 1tsp of simple syrup
- Top up with soda water
- Add your fresh thyme and blueberries to garnish

Blood Orange and Ginger Ale Cocktail
SHOPPING LIST:
- 25ml OAG London Dry
- 50ml Blood Orange Juice
- 100ml Ginger Ale (We used Karmacola's gingerella)
- x1 lime
- 25ml Elderflower Liquor (We used St Germains)
HOW TO:
- Start by filling your OAG glass with a generous amount of ice
- Add the 25ml London Dry gin
- Add the 50ml blood orange juice
- Crack open the ginger ale and add 100ml
- Cut your lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half
- Add the 25ml Elderflower Liquor
- Finish by adding a segment of orange and garnishing with fresh thym.

Cucumber and Grapefruit G&Ts
SHOPPING LIST:
- 25ml London Dry OAG
- 1x White grapefruit
- Cucumber tonic (I used Fevertree)
- Fresh rosemary
- Cucumber
HOW TO:
- Start by preparing your ingredients, cut the grapefruit in half and use a juicer to squeeze as much of the juice out as possible
- Peel your cucumber to make your garnish, I like to get it as close to the middle as possible
- Top up your OAG tumbler glass with ice and then add the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice to your glass
- Curl the cucumber around the edge of the glass
- Add 25ml OAG London Dry
- Top up with cucumber tonic
- Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and fresh rosemary
Sweet but Spicy OAG Cocktail (for the brave)
SHOPPING LIST:
- 25ml OAG London Dry
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- Ginger Beer (I used Dalstons)
- 1 Lime
- 1 White Grapefruit
- Mint leaves, jalapenos, pomegranate seeds to garnish
HOW TO:
- Start by mixing your honey and sugar in the bottom of your glass
- Cut the lime and the grapefruit in half and use a juicer to squeeze as much of the juice out as you can
- Add both the freshly squeezed juice to your OAG tumbler
- Top up with ice
- Add your OAG London dry
- Fill up with ginger beer
- Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves, a handful of pomegranate seeds and a few jalapenos if you are brave!

A Well Dressed G&T
SHOPPING LIST:
- OAG London Dry 25ml
- 1x Fevertree Mediterranean tonic
- Rosemary
- A handful of coriander seed and mixed peppercorns
- x1 lemon
HOW TO:
- Start by cutting your lemon into wedges and pop under the grill on a low heat for 5 minutes (checking often)
- When your lemon is noticeably charred turn off the heat and let cool
- Fill your Old Amersham Gin tumbler with ice
- Add your 25ml OAG London Dry
- Top up with your tonic
- Sprinkle your mixed peppercorns and coriander seeds
- Finish by adding your lemon and a sprig of fresh rosemary

An OAG Classic Gimlet
SHOPPING LIST: (makes two)
- x3 limes
- 200g caster sugar
- 100ml OAG London Dry
- Edible flowers (garnish, optional)
HOW TO: (CORDIAL)
- Juice x2 limes and add the 200g sugar to a pan
- Cook on a low heat and add 40ml water
- Once all the caster sugar is dissolved strain the mixture and leave to cool
- You will have cordial left over!
HOW TO: (GIMLET)

Fill your shaker with ice

Add 100ml London Dry and 100ml of your lime cordial

Shake, shake, shake!

Divide between your two martini glasses
